The Colonnade History and Partners
The Colonnade was developed and is managed by Roskamp Sun Health. The key partners in Roskamp Sun Health include Bob Roskamp, nationally known for developing premier retirement communities and Sun Health Properties.Roskamp and Sun Health have a 20 plus year history of working together to develop and manage premier Life Care communities in central Arizona. The Colonnade is the third Roskamp Sun Health community, joining Grandview Terrace and La Loma Village.
The Colonnade at Sun City Grand is a prototype of the next generation of Life Care Communities. Developed in response to the ideas and desires of area active adults, The Colonnade is synonymous with "Choice". Spread out over 40 acres, The Colonnade will feature a total of 358 residences when fully constructed.
