Qualification for The Colonnade Life Care Residency

To become a resident of The Colonnade, applicants must be at least 55 years of age and be capable of living independently.  A current medical history is required to assess physical status.

Applicants must also qualify financially to meet the entrance fee requirement as well as providing evidence of your income to support the monthly fees required for the services you will receive as a resident.
