About Us

Roskamp Sun Health Management & Development provides development and management services to senior residential, commercial medical office buildings and other related projects in the northwest Phoenix area. Roskamp Sun Health Management & Development was established in 2002 and has over 450 employees. It currently manages over 650,000 square feet of medical office space, two continuing care retirement communities (378 units) and has a third continuing care retirement community under construction (358 units).

Roskamp Sun Health Management & Development is a partnership of Roskamp Management Company, LLC and Sun Health Properties. The collaboration demonstrates a strong partnership that has resulted in many successful projects including Grandview Terrace in Sun City West, Arizona and La Loma Village in Litchfield Park, Arizona.
